KOLOS Grilltech designs and manufactures professional charcoal and wood-fired grills in Poltava, Ukraine — for kitchens where the fire runs every service, not just on weekends.
We build for restaurant and hotel kitchens: places where a grill has to hold its temperature for ten hours straight, survive daily cleaning, and keep working after three years of peak dinner service. That’s a different bar than a grill built for a backyard.
KOLOS started where engineering meets the kitchen. We design the airflow, the grate geometry, and the heat retention first — the finish comes after the function works. Every model is welded, finished, and polished in-house, in AISI 304 steel built for continuous professional use.
A grill isn’t a corner of the kitchen. It sets the pace of the whole service — how fast tickets move, how consistent the char is, how much the cook has to fight the fire instead of using it. We build ours so the cook wins that fight, shift after shift.
Our Philosophy

At KOLOS Grilltech, we don’t treat fire as something to tame — we treat it as a system.Temperature, airflow, heat retention, construction geometry, material choice: change one, and the whole result shifts.
Every KOLOS grill hands that system to the chef. Not a rough approximation of control, but the real thing — the same result on ticket one and ticket two hundred, six hours into service.
Nothing on a KOLOS grill is decorative. The grate height exists because it changes how the fat renders. The damper exists because airflow is the difference between charcoal and ash. Every part earns its place by doing something — that’s what makes the grill feel right the moment a chef puts a hand on it.
Manufacturing
Crafted in Ukraine. Built for the world
Steel behaves differently at 350°C than at room temperature — that’s the first thing you learn building grills, and the reason we control every stage of production ourselves.
Laser cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing, polishing: each stage happens in-house, in our own shop in Poltava. No outsourced batches, no third-party welders — one team, one line of accountability from drawing to final assembly.
We don’t run a production line that outputs a grill every few minutes. A KOLOS grill takes the
time it takes: enough to check a weld seam before it’s covered, enough to get the grate height right before it ships. That’s slower than mass manufacturing — and it’s why a KOLOS grill still holds its shape after five years of daily 350°C service.

Today, KOLOS Grilltech equipment runs in professional kitchens across Europe, in restaurants where the grill sees three shifts a day and doesn’t get a day off.
Gastronomy keeps changing what it asks of a grill — plating expectations shift, service speeds shift, what a chef wants to control shifts. We keep refining the same things in response: ergonomics, construction, how the equipment actually behaves under a full night of covers.
What hasn’t changed is the goal: build equipment that keeps up with the most demanding kitchens, not equipment that asks them to adapt to it.
